Upon agreement of these terms and conditions, your submission of the electronic form provided acts as your consent for our records.
In consideration of Splatter Craze, LLC furnishing space located at: 326 Route 22 Green Brook, NJ 08812 to enable me to participate in Airsoft games and activities, I agree to the following:
I fully understand and acknowledge that;
(a) risks and dangers exist in my use of Airsoft equipment and my participation in Airsoft activities;
(b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury;
(c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the officers or agents of Splatter Craze, LLC, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, or other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes; and
(d) by my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment.
I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of other conduct of the officers and agents of Splatter Craze, LLC.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Splatter Craze, LLC, agents, officers and property owners from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services which may arise out of my use of Airsoft equipment, facilities or my participation in Airsoft activities.
I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conducts by the agents or officers of Splatter Craze, LLC, and its property owners.
Splatter Craze, LLC reserves all photographic and video footage rights. By participation in Splatter Craze airsoft events, I consent that my image may be captured in photographs and/or video footage and utilized exclusively by Splatter Craze, LLC, with no compensation for its usage. Use of images or video outside of Splatter Craze Target Zone is unauthorized without the expressed permission from Splatter Craze, LLC. Live broadcast or video streaming without the expressed and written permission of Splatter Craze, LLC is strictly forbidden.
I hereby acknowledge that I will be abide by the Splatter Craze’s recommended Rules and Eye/Face Protection Systems.
I have read, understand and agree to abide the posted Splatter Craze’s Rules and Policies, Player Conduct and General Rules.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement, and have voluntarily and freely submitted my information with the intent that it be, and understanding that it is, a legally binding agreement. To the extent that I have any doubts concerning any aspect to its contents or their meaning, I will consult an attorney before signing/submitting my consent.
THIS IS A RELEASE/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, READ BEFORE SIGNING:
I am at 18 years of age or older, and have executed this Agreement on the day, month, and year of my form submission. Further, by submitting the form provided I am “signing” to declare that I have read, understood, and agree to Splatter Craze, LLC’s “Field Safety Rules, Player Conduct and General Rules”.
