What will I need to wear?This experience will require some movement, and our suits can get a little warm! We recommend something light and comfortable such as a t-shirt and old pants! We also recommend flat tennis shoes. Boots and heeled shoes could be challenging to get into our protective gear! Also, please do not wear anything new or something you do not want to get paint on. While we do our best to provide protection from the paint and the paint is water-based. We cannot guarantee paint will not get on your clothing or shoes/sneakers. We also cannot guarantee that the paint will completely come out of your clothing. Some fabrics may stain. Dress for the Mess!!!!!!!

How long is each session?Our splatter paint sessions are 1-hour in length. This includes putting on and taking off protective gear. We ask that your group arrive 10 minutes before your session to ensure you maximize your 1-hour time frame.

What kind of paints do we use?We only use non-toxic, water-based paints that meet the ASTM-D4236 standard and has the AP Seal for safety and non-toxicity. Free from most common allergens. Does not contain Latex, Dairy & Casein, Egg, Gluten, Peanut & Tree Nut or Soy. Although our paint is water-based and does come off the skin with ease using soap and warm water, this does not apply to clothing. Some fabrics may stain.

What is the age range?We recommend 5 years old and above for this experience. Any groups with participants under 12 years old must have at least one adult present in the room.

What protective gear are guests provided?We provide hooded coveralls, goggles, gloves and foot covers. In addition, depending on the size of the child, he or she may receive a poncho. Please keep in mind that our disposable coveralls do a good job protecting your clothing, however it is possible paint may stain certain fabrics. Please dress for the mess.

Is everything included in the booking fee?Yes, with the exception of optional add-ons you can purchase.

How many paint colors do we get?Our non-glow packages come with 6 assorted paint colors. Glow in the dark comes with 4 assorted paint colors.

What size canvases do we get?16x20 inch stretched canvases for adults and children.

Can you pay to upgrade the size of your canvas?Yes. Please contact us in advance of the date of your reservation.

How messy will I get?The level of chaos is up to you! The room is yours to get as messy as you please! Although you will be provided with a coverall, there is still a chance that paint will end up on skin, clothing or shoes. However, the paint is water-based and will wash off of skin with soap and warm water. Some fabrics may stain. If you do happen to get paint on any of your clothes, it is best practice to wash immediately and not allow the paint to fully dry. Dry cleaning maybe necessary. Please dress for the mess.

Is there an area for me to change?We have a dressing room where you and your group will change into your paint resistant suits together. However, if you prefer to suit up privately, we have two private bathrooms as a substitute.

Can we buy additional canvases during our reservation?Yes. Additional canvases and paint can be purchased.

Do we get to take our canvases home?Yes. Please come prepared to carry your canvases home with you the same day. Canvases are usually still wet, so beware. We do provide boxes for transportation of your canvas.

Is there a deposit to reserve a party or corporate event?Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party or corporate event. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.

Can I cancel and receive a refund?No, you may cancel your session, however our splatter experience is non-refundable. If you notify us within 48 hours, we will be happy to reschedule your session to a new date and time that works for you and your group.

Can non-participants enter the paint room without incurring a cost?No. Anyone who enters the paint room is required to pay. Non-participants can enter the paint room, but will be required to pay $15 per non-participant.
