Cancellation Policy
Because we prepare your package in advance and schedule staff specifically for your private event, all bookings are non-refundable. If your plans change, weโre happy to help. As long as you contact us at least 48 hours in advance, we can reschedule your event to a new date and time that works for you and your group.
